Kyle’s Bendable Fork
Purpose
Kyle, who lives with FOP in Iowa, and his dad used coolant piping to make a flexible adapted fork for eating. Coolant piping is lightweight but sturdy and bends in different directions. It is inexpensive, so it can easily be replaced.
How to make
Items Needed: Flexible Coolant Hose, Fork, Super Glue
- Cut fork at narrow spot near the end
- Use super glue to attach fork to the open end of hose
