Rhythm Multi-Pressure Relief Mattress System
Purpose
The Rhythm Multi-Pressure Relief Mattress System by Prius Healthcare was designed to help patients who are at risk of developing or have already developed pressure ulcers. The Rhythm is made up of a 2” convoluted foam base with plush, polythermal cells that provide comfort through pressure reduction. This powerful mattress system not only manages air pressure, but it also wicks away moisture from the patient’s body, further reducing the risk of pressure ulcers and bedsores. 10 digital comfort settings allow for custom comfort for each patient. An Auto Firm function fully inflates the mattress to quickly transfer a patient in or out of the bed.
This type of mattress can be very helpful for people with FOP who are unable to reposition on their own and/or spend much of their day in bed.
