Arm Rest Pillows
Purpose
Due to different body positions, the arm rests of chairs and wheelchairs can be uncomfortable. They could even create pressure sores or damage skin. Arm rest pillows attach to the arms of chairs and wheelchairs and provide cushioning and support.
Description
Arm rest pillows are made of foam and covered with soft fabric. They are molded in the angle of of elbow and have a trough at the end for support. Most models will attach to the arm rest using adjustable velcro so they are easily removable.
How to make
You could make an armrest pillow using foam from a craft store and a pillow case to cover the foam. You could attach it to your arm rest using velcro or large rubber bands.
