Purpose
Adaptive chairs may be needed at school to help keep children with FOP safe and comfortable. They can be used with adjustable desks or slate boards to improve comfort. There are many different types of adaptive chairs on the market and each on has different customization and optional features. It is best to work with a physical or occupational therapist to help determine the best features for your child This chair has been recommended by a child with FOP!
Description
The Rifton Activity Chair comes in three sizes and many different colors. It has adjustable leg heights and can tilt forward and backward. The chair has optional arm rests (also adjustable) and can also configured with locking wheels. The chair features easy clean foam padding in the seat and the back. The chair can be adjusted without the use of tools.
