The Breather


The Breather is a respiratory exercise tool designed to improve lung strength and capacity.


The Breather works to improve respiratory health and efficiency by promoting diaphragmatic (belly) breathing; strengthening both inhale and exhale muscles. A member of the FOP suggested The Breather because the inhale and exhale settings can be adjusted. The mouth piece is small which will help if you have limited jaw movement. Amie connected hers to set a tongs to make it easier to bring to her mouth. 


To Use:

  1. Breathe in and out through your Breather.
  2. Adjust the inhale/exhale dials to your level, increasing resistance when you can.
  3. Complete 2 sets of 10 breaths twice a day, 6 days a week (Per companies recommendation)
